The Ulmo flower produces a unique and delicious nectar that bees harvest during February and March, making it a rare and special treat.

Ulmo honey is extracted in small batches and is unprocessed and unfiltered, ensuring its purity and creamy texture. We never use additives, artificial ingredients, heat, or mix our honey to preserve its natural anti-bacterial properties, vitamins, minerals, and enzymes.
